Who Is Dycar?

How and when do we ship your product?
All our products are shipped using Purolator on Thursday of each week if payment is received before Tuesday evening. (Please note PAD payments take 24 hours to process). Please be aware that according to the rules set by the BCLDB, we must receive the funds in our account before we can proceed with shipping any products. In the case of Direct Deposit purchases, please send us an email confirming the transfer to ensure prompt processing of your order. Keep in mind that banks sometimes take a few days to complete the fund transfer.
Do you accept credit cards? What are the available payment methods?
For smaller orders, we offer the option to pay via e-Transfer Accountsreceivable@dycarpharm.com
To facilitate your payments, we offer different options. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept Visa cards due to BCLDB regulations.
Here are the available payment methods:
1. E-Transfer: For smaller orders, you can choose to pay via e-Transfer. During checkout, please select "e-Transfer" from the Payment Methods section. Send your payment to Accountsreceivable@dycarpharm.com for faster processing. Please note that each bank has its own daily transfer limit, but typically this method works for orders under $2,000. If your order exceeds the maximum limit, we can accept e-transfers over two days.
2. Direct Deposit: For larger orders, you can make a direct deposit. Simply select "Direct Deposit" under the Payment Methods during checkout. If you choose this option, you will be provided with a link to Pre-authorized Debit Payment form.

3.Wire Transfer: If you choose wire transfer you will need to email accountsreceivable@dycarpharm.com and we will provide our wire transfer information to your Finance Department.

Returns:
We will accept all pre-approved returns. Please email us at nphelps@dycarpharm.com to receive a form for the return and submit for approval. We must receive the physical product within 10 days of the return being submitted.
